Born in the hills of Piedmont in 1972, Marco Bellini grew up amid truffle hunters, vintners, and the slow rhythms of the Italian countryside. His mother's kitchen was his first school; the markets of Alba his first inspiration.

After training under the legendary Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan, Marco honed his craft across Paris, Tokyo, and New York before returning to Italy to forge a cuisine entirely his own — one that honors the soul of regional tradition while embracing the rigor of modern culinary science.

Today, his flagship restaurant Radici in Milan holds three Michelin stars and is consistently ranked among the world's finest dining destinations.
